Shinichiro Kadota serves as the Head of Japan FX and Rates Strategy at Barclays Tokyo. In this role, he focuses on foreign exchange and rates strategy within the Japanese market.

Prior to his current position, Kadota was a University Lecturer at Sbi Graduate School. He earned a BA in International Economics from UCLA in 2008 and is fluent in both English and Japanese.
