Shelly Kaushik is a Senior Economist at BMO Capital Markets. Her career includes significant experience in economic analysis and policy within both the private and public sectors.

Prior to her current role, Kaushik held positions as an Economist at Finance Canada and Ontario Finance. She also served as a Macroeconomic Analyst and Policy Analyst at Ontario Finance. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Tourism Marketing Analyst at the Niagara Parks Commission.
