Biography

Shayle Kann is a Managing Partner at Energy Impact Partners (EIP), a venture capital firm with over $4 billion in assets. At EIP, he leads the Frontier strategy, focusing on early-stage investments in deeptech companies that aim to advance the energy future. Kann is also the host of Catalyst, a popular podcast dedicated to climate technology.

Prior to his role at EIP, Kann founded and managed GTM Research, the market intelligence division of Greentech Media.
