Shawn Gibbs is an American industrial hygienist and, as of 2020, serves as the dean of the Texas A&M University School of Public Health. His career also includes fifteen years of clinical practice.

He is the Founder & CEO of GIV Gowns, a company focused on redefining the patient gown. He is also the creator of The TRUST Framework and The Outcome Cascade™, systems designed to address dignity and build trust in healthcare settings. Gibbs has built and scaled three companies, achieving one exit.
