Biography

Shawnee Delaney is the CEO of Vaillance Group, a firm specializing in human risk management and insider threat. In this role since 2019, she advises organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies and nation states on resolving complex insider threat cases and implementing robust training and awareness programs.

Prior to founding Vaillance Group, Delaney served as Senior Manager of the Global Insider Threat Program at Uber from 2017 to 2023.
