Biography

Sharon McMahon is an American author, educator, and podcaster. She previously taught government and law in public schools in the Washington, D.C. suburbs. In September 2020, McMahon began publishing politics-oriented content on Instagram to address rising misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic and 2020 election cycle.

McMahon quickly gained recognition for her initiatives, including a crowdfunding campaign in December 2020 that raised over $125,000 for a family in need.
