Biography

Shai Weiss is an experienced CEO and board member, known for his leadership within the Virgin Group. He served as the CEO of Virgin Atlantic from 2019 until the end of 2025, with a vision to make it the most loved travel company. His career with the Virgin family began in 2001 as Managing Director of Virgin Media.

Weiss's extensive background in finance and operational expertise led him to the CFO position at Virgin Atlantic in 2014, before becoming CCO in 2017 and then CEO in 2019.
