Biography

Stephen Welton CBE is a distinguished figure with extensive experience in investment, business building, and commercial ventures for both listed and unlisted companies, both in the UK and internationally. He is the Chair of the British Business Bank and is widely recognized as the founder, CEO, and Chair of various businesses, most notably BGF (Business Growth Fund), which he established in 2011.
