Scott Budnick serves as the Chief Executive Officer at 1community. In this capacity, he leads the organization in its strategic initiatives and operations.

Prior to his current role, Budnick founded the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) in August 2013. He served as its Chief Executive Officer for four years and one month, concluding his tenure in August 2017. His work with ARC focused on addressing issues related to recidivism.
