Scott Bok is an American business executive with a nearly 40-year career in investment banking, primarily focused on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He is currently a Senior Advisor to Mizuho and serves as the Board Chair of the American Museum of Natural History. His career also includes experience as a partner in a private equity fund and as CEO of a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
