Sasha Rubel leads Generative AI Policy across EMEA at AWS, where she operates at the intersection of AI innovation and policy. Her work focuses on ensuring technology scales responsibly, globally, and in service of society, leveraging a career that spans Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and Africa to bring a global perspective on innovation, governance, and societal connections.

In her role, Rubel advises governments on forward-looking, implementable AI policy and regulatory frameworks.
