Sara Marquart is the Co-Founder and CTO of Planet A Foods, a company dedicated to making chocolate sustainable. Her current work builds on a strong scientific foundation, including a Doctor of Science in Food Chemistry and a Staatsexamen in Food Chemistry.

Prior to co-founding Planet A Foods, Sara Marquart served as a Principal Scientist at Atomo Coffee and as a Food Scientist at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. She also held the role of Chief Curator at Deutsches Museum.
