Sarah Kate Ellis is the President and Chief Executive Officer of GLAAD, the largest U.S. lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy organization, a role she has held since January 2014. Under her leadership, GLAAD has seen a seven-fold increase in revenue, expanded globally, and achieved the highest income in its 40-year history.
