Sarah Soule is the Philip H. Knight Dean and Professor at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was appointed Dean in 2025. She also holds the title of Morgridge Professor of Organizational Behavior and serves as the director of the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, social movements, political sociology, and policy change and diffusion.
