Sarah Rose Cavanagh is an academic psychologist, educational developer, and professor. She currently serves as the Senior Associate Director for Teaching and Learning at Simmons University. Her research expertise encompasses emotion, motivation, mental health, and learning.

Cavanagh is the Principal Investigator of TUnE-Bio, a network of biologists and educational developers funded by the National Science Foundation.
