Sarah Bloom Raskin is an American attorney and financial markets policymaker. She served as the 13th United States Deputy Secretary of the Treasury from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, Raskin was a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors from 2010 to 2014.
During her tenure at the Federal Reserve, she focused on consumer protection and income inequality. As Deputy Secretary, she concentrated on the macroeconomic impact of student loan borrowing and cybersecurity.
