Sara Ziff is an American fashion model, filmmaker, and labor activist. She is the founder and executive director of the Model Alliance, a nonprofit policy organization.

As the founder and executive director, Ziff leads the Model Alliance. Her career history also includes serving as a Consultant for the National Eating Disorders Association and as Project Director for The Workers Lab at Solidago Foundation.
