Sara Beckman is the Faculty Director of the Product Management Program at the Haas School of Business, where she also holds the position of Earl F. Cheit Faculty Fellow and Senior Lecturer. Her academic career includes serving as Chief Learning Officer at UC Berkeley, College of Engineering, and as a Visiting Professor at MIT.

Prior to her extensive academic roles, Beckman gained industry experience as a Director on the Change Management Team at Hewlett Packard.
