Biography

Sanjay Mehrotra is an Indian-American business executive who currently serves as Chairman, President, and CEO of Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, a role he has held since 2017. He is also recognized as a co-founder of SanDisk, where he served as President and CEO from 2011 until its acquisition by Western Digital in 2016.

Born in Kanpur, India, in 1958, Mehrotra moved to the U.S. at age 18 to pursue higher education.
