Samantha Power is an Irish-American diplomat, journalist, and government official, currently serving as the 19th Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) since May 3, 2021. Prior to this, she held a prominent role in the Obama-Biden Administration as the 28th US Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2013 to 2017.
