Biography

Sadyr Nurgojo uulu Japarov, born on December 6, 1968, is the sixth President of Kyrgyzstan, a position he has held since January 28, 2021. His political career began in 2005 when he was elected as a deputy to the Supreme Council. He later served in the presidential administration from 2007 under Kurmanbek Bakiyev. Following the 2010 Kyrgyz Revolution, Japarov returned to his role as a deputy.
