Ryan Ong is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fogo Fungi, a gourmet mushroom farm based in Singapore. He established the company after being inspired by a YouTube video, transforming an initial interest into a full-fledged business.

Fogo Fungi specializes in growing pesticide-free gourmet mushrooms, including Lion's Mane, Pioppino, and oyster mushrooms. The farm supplies its produce to Singapore's leading restaurants, hotels, and retailers.
