Ryan Peterman is an entrepreneur who founded The Peterman Pod and Compose. He established these ventures after leaving his role at Meta, driven by a desire to create projects he felt were missing in the world.

Through The Peterman Pod, Peterman shares transparent career stories, inspired by the engineers he encountered at Meta. His goal is to provide insights he wished he had earlier in his career.
