Biography

Ryan Hebert is the Head of Cyber Assurance at ICE, a role he has held since March 2025. In this capacity, he leads the cybersecurity Assurance program, which encompasses Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Application Security (AppSec), and Red Team operations. His responsibilities include securing critical economic infrastructure, managing risk across various geographies and regulatory jurisdictions, and informing ICE Boards.
