Risa Wechsler is an American cosmological physicist. She holds the position of Professor of Physics at Stanford University. Additionally, she is a Professor of Particle Physics and Astrophysics.

Wechsler serves as the Director of the Kavli Institute For Particle Astrophysics And Cosmology (KIPAC). She is also affiliated with the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.
