Ruwani Perera is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 16 years of experience in Cost Consultancy and Construction Management. Her professional background includes international work in Qatar, Dubai (UAE), Azerbaijan, and Sri Lanka.

Her areas of expertise encompass all aspects of Cost Consultant services, from project inception through to completion. She is noted for her team player capabilities and her exposure to both FIDIC and JCT forms of contracts.
