Biography

Ruth A. David, born in Arkansas City, Kansas, is an American engineer and journalist. She earned a BS in electrical engineering from Wichita State University in 1975, followed by a master's in 1976 and a PhD in 1981, both in electrical engineering, from Stanford University. Currently, she serves as the London Bureau Chief at Bloomberg LP, where she writes about UK and European companies.

David began her career in 1975 at Sandia National Laboratories, holding various positions.
