Russel Pillemer is the Chief Executive Officer of Pengana Capital, a role he has held since co-founding the company in 2003.

Before establishing Pengana, Pillemer worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in New York, where he focused on advising funds management businesses. Prior to his time in New York, he led Goldman Sachs' Australian Financial Institutions Group.
