Russell Mark Fulcher, a fourth-generation Idahoan, was born in Boise in 1962 and grew up on a dairy farm in Meridian. He earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business from Boise State University in 1984 and 1988, respectively, and also completed a course in electronic engineering through Micron Technology.
