Rui Costa Neto is a professor at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidade Lusófona, where he focuses on Energy Management, Bioenergies, Biophysics, and Nanotechnologies. He also serves as a researcher at the IN+ Center for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research at Técnico Lisboa.
