Rachel Slaybaugh is a General Partner at DCVC, where she focuses on supporting brilliant people who are bringing deep technology to the climate fight. She is also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry.

Prior to her role at DCVC, Slaybaugh led the Cyclotron Road division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). In this capacity, she supported early-stage companies in developing their technology while providing entrepreneurial training.
