Roser Almenar is a PhD Candidate in Civil Law at the University of Valencia, where she lectures and conducts research on liability for damages from AI-enabled space systems. She leads the Space Law and Policy Project Group at the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) and spearheads its “AI and Space Law” Research Group.
Her work extends to significant contributions in AI and space technology policy.
