Rosen Dimitrov Zhelyazkov, born in Sofia on 5 April 1968, is a Bulgarian politician. He earned a master's degree in Law from Sofia University. His career began in 1994 as a legal advisor for Sofia Municipality's Sredets district, where he held various senior legal and administrative positions. In 1995, he became an attorney specializing in civil and commercial law, joining the Sofia Lawyers Association.
