Rose Marie Arce is an American journalist and documentary producer, currently serving as Vice President at Soledad O'Brien Productions. Her distinguished career includes nearly 15 years as a senior producer at CNN, along with roles at CBS News, WCBS-TV, New York Newsday, and the New York Daily News. Arce is a recipient of a Pulitzer Prize, three Emmy Awards, and a Peabody Award.

Arce began her journalism career in community journalism in upstate New York in the mid-1980s.
