Rose Cartolari is the Founder and CEO of RC Consulting - Leadership Advisory, a firm she established in 1991. In this role, she acts as a C-Suite and Board Advisor and Coach, focusing on leadership, culture transformation, and human-centered growth. She developed the Evolved Leadership™ framework, which integrates neuroscience, strategic leadership, and diverse thinking to enhance leadership teams and organizational agility.

Prior to founding RC Consulting, Cartolari co-founded Scharper S.p.A.
