Rose Goslinga is the Co-Founder and President of PULA, an award-winning InsureTech company. She is a microinsurer and an advocate for creating insurance for small-scale farmers in Africa. For two decades, she has been part of teams pioneering agriculture insurance, first with the award-winning program Kilimo Salama, of the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture, and now with PULA.
