Biography

Rosario Marin, born Rosario Spindola in Mexico City, Mexico, immigrated to the United States with her family in 1972. Settling in Huntington Park, California, she overcame an initial language barrier and graduated with honors from high school. She continued her education while working, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) in 1983.
