Rolland Franklin Williams (1897-1968) was a prominent American athlete and coach across multiple sports. He played football, baseball, and basketball at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before playing professional football in the National Football League (NFL) for the Racine Legion in 1923.
Williams dedicated much of his career to collegiate athletics. He served as the head football, basketball, and baseball coach at Millikin University during the 1923–24 academic year.
