Rockford Weitz, JD, PhD, serves as a Professor of Practice and Director of the Maritime Studies Program at Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. At the Fletcher School, he teaches courses on Entrepreneurial Leadership, Maritime Security, Law of the Sea, and Global Maritime Affairs.
