Biography

Robyn Denholm is an Australian business executive and former accountant, currently serving as the Board Chair of Tesla, Inc. She joined Tesla's board as a director and chair of the audit committee in 2014 and was appointed chair in November 2018, succeeding Elon Musk following a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
