Biography

Roberto Sallouti is the CEO and a board member of BTG Pactual, a leading investment bank. He joined BTG Pactual in 1994, becoming a partner in 1998. His career began in fixed income, and he progressed to COO in 2008 before being appointed CEO in 2015.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Sallouti is a dedicated philanthropist with a focus on education.
