Biography

Rob Steer serves as Director of Custodial Operations, where he is currently leading the review of the Northern Territory’s prisoner classification system. His responsibilities include developing strategic approaches to manage the rising adult prisoner population and contributing as a core member of the internal agency Reducing Prisoner Population Working Group. Additionally, he holds the position of President for the Correctional Industries Association Australasia.
