Biography

Robert Greifeld is an American businessman and author with a distinguished career in financial markets. He is recognized for his leadership as the former CEO and chairman of Nasdaq and former chairman of Virtu Financial. In April 2023, Greifeld left Virtu to launch Cornerstone FTM, a tech-focused investment fund.

Greifeld's career began in the 1980s as a district manager for Unisys. In 1991, he joined Automated Securities Clearance, Inc. (ACS), becoming president in 1993.
