Biography

Robert Golob is a Slovenian businessman, engineer, and politician. Born in 1967, he currently serves as the Prime Minister of Slovenia and leader of the Freedom Movement, a position he has held since 2022. Golob earned his PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana in 1994 and furthered his studies as a post-doctoral Fulbright scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
