Robert Doar is the president of the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), a public policy think tank, a role he assumed in July 2019. In this position, he leads one of the nation's oldest and most respected public policy think tanks. Since becoming president, he has recruited numerous scholars and fellows across various issue areas and launched a new research division focused on Social, Cultural, and Constitutional Studies.
