Biography

Riyad H. Mansour is a Palestinian diplomat who has served as the Permanent Observer of Palestine to the United Nations since 2005. Appointed by President of the Palestinian National Authority Mahmoud Abbas, he succeeded Nasser al-Qudwa in this role. Prior to this, Mansour was the Deputy Permanent Observer of Palestine to the United Nations from 1983 to 1994.
