Rick Rieder is the Chief Investment Officer of Global Fixed Income, Head of the Fundamental Fixed Income business, and Head of the Global Allocation Investment Team at BlackRock. As a Senior Managing Director, he is responsible for approximately $2.7 trillion in assets.

Rieder is a key member of BlackRock’s leadership, serving on its Global Executive Committee (GEC), GEC Investments Sub-Committee, and Global Operating Committee. He also chairs the firm-wide BlackRock Investment Council.
