Rick Joseph Caruso is an American billionaire businessman who founded and formerly served as CEO of the real estate company Caruso. He established the company in 1987, initially purchasing parking lots that his father, Henry Caruso (founder of Dollar Rent-A-Car), leased. He transitioned to full-time real estate development in 1990.
