Richard Pildes is the Sudler Family Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law. He is an expert in legal and policy issues related to democracy, elections, voting, and the powers of the President, Congress, and the Supreme Court, as well as broader constitutional law.
Pildes has successfully argued voting-rights cases before the US Supreme Court. He is the co-author of two books, 'The Law of Democracy' and 'When Elections Go Bad.
