Richard Oldfield is the Group Chief Executive at Schroders, where he is responsible for the executive management of the company's business and leads its executive team. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Prior to joining Schroders, Oldfield served as Network Vice Chairman and Global Markets Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) until October 2023.
